Appointments

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage clients to book appointments a few weeks in advance to ensure clients get the day and time of their preference. We recommend that clients arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

Consultations

Every client is offered a complimentary consultation with Oogii. Our consultations include an assessment about your skin to recommend best course for treatment.

Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours of your appointment, a $45 processing fee applies and is deducted from your refund.

Medical Conditions

For your safety, some treatment and products are not recommended for certain clients. We ask that clients advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent medical procedures, or special needs which may affect your services.

Refunds

Services rendered, gift cards, and packages are non-refundable.

Packages

Series packages are available for purchase and must be redeemed within a calendar year period.
